TERMS and CONDITIONS

The basic rental is for six persons or less at Marlow, five persons or less at Quarter Deck, four persons or less at Rhinos Barn.

A child of any age counts as one person. The maximum number of people may not be exceeded.

At Marlow - electricity and central heating are included in the rental.

At Quarter Deck - electricity and central heating are included in the rental.

At Rhinos Bar - electricity and night stores are included in the rental.

Dogs may be brought by prior arrangement at £15 per dog per week. Any damage caused will be charged. Please use the poop-scoop shovels! Please bring dog bed, rug etc. No cats allowed..

Dogs must not be left unattended in the house.

Cots, with mattress only , may be hired in advance at £6 per week, please bring own bedding, also waterproofed sheets as needed.

At television set, video player, radio, hairdryer, electric iron etc. in all houses.

Duvets and bed linen and tea towels are provided - please advise beds required for your party.

Towels - are not provided - please bring bath and beach towels. Also rugs etc. for beach.

Breakages, loss or damage including to boat to be reported and paid for.

We are not an agency. Living in Restronguet our own houses are given personal attention.

Every endeavour is made to see that houses are clean for tenant's arrival, and it is requested that they are left clean.

Tenancies commence at 2pm and terminate at 10am on Fridays. Booking from other days out of season.

AVAILABLE DATES are offered, subject to being unlet on receipt of deposit. A phone call may hold dates.

BOOKING FORM. Please complete with names of party, ages of children and breed of dog.

DEPOSIT of 25% to be sent as a confirmation of booking and payment is taken to signify agreement to terms. The full rental is payable when booking is made within three weeks of start of holiday.

BALANCE OF RENTAL is due three weeks (four weeks from overseas) before arrival.

Advance orders for groceries and newspapers may be sent with balance of rental.

Cancellations must be made in writing. We will do our best to re-let but it is a condition of booking that the whole rent will be payable unless a re-let can be arranged.

Holiday Insurance. Complete form sent with receipt of deposit or consult your broker. It is in your own interest.

The owners reserve the right to alter specifications at their discretion, without notice in emergencies.

Provisional bookings for the following year are not binding on either party until the deposit is paid when requested, but they usually give first refusal of dates. Rentals re subject to annual review.
